OMEGA WATCH RESTORATION – A Classic 1960s Mechanical Watch Service & Repair Tutorial

** ERRATA – This watch was from the 1960s rather than 1980s as stated in the video, apologies for any confusion **

There’s an Omega watch hiding in that case somewhere 😀 The glass is pretty crappy and i’m not sure what we shall find with this movement. Join me as I put things right with this classic 1960’s Omega Mechanical wristwatch.

  1. Fantastic as always Mark. I have a couple of Omegas with the 620. One is a men’s tank – which I wear and enjoy. The other is a ladies model similar to the one in this video – and that is the wife’s.
The 620 was the first “small-ish” movement that I serviced. But had done a number of the 30 mm (266/268) movements prior – and that was good prep.I thought the 620 somewhat difficult (due to size) until doing even smaller Omega movements from vintage ladies watches.
