I learned a lot in this first course. Mark is very knowledgeable and does a great job of putting everything together in a straightforward way. I’m currently enrolled in level two and it’s a great feeling to strip down and reassemble a movement successfully. The basics laid out in level one definitely helped inspire confidence moving on to the next level and knowing what tools I needed to get started. I tried reading some watchmaking books prior to enrolling and the information can be very confusing and outdated and this course is perfect for a beginner looking for a great, easy-to-follow baseline of the key movement components and how to set up a workshop. I will definitely be continuing on with these courses.
